INTERNSHIP OF THE WEEK The Actors

The Actors Movement Studio is a nationally acclaimed acting studio located in the heart of the NYC theater district.

Qualifications:

• Students pursuing a BA or MFA in theatre, arts and education administration.
• A working knowledge of NY Theater Education and Schools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Team building and staff management skills.
• Marketing and sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sharing management of daily operations and admissions.
• Participate in every aspect of educational programming and development.
• Curriculum development and office management and administration plus creating, scheduling and implementing courses.
• Managing full and part-time intern staff.
• Management and coordination of scheduling and managing intensives as well as registration, student records, marketing and customer service.
